We currently provide shipping services across **India**, subject to courier availability at the customer's address.

🔄 Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, please contact **Shopcart Customer Support as soon as possible**, preferably within **24–48 hours of delivery**, along with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

❌ Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address, phone number, and other required details. Shopcart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

🚫 Failed Delivery / RTO

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or otherwise fails to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to the seller.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders may affect the availability of COD service for future orders.

⚠️ Delays

Shopcart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
